As you know till the date Win 8 hasn’t been released its final version. 1You will need Administrator permission to turn your windows default language. So Log on with Administrator account rather than any personal user account.
2Click Start button then Choose control penal. In control penal Choose “Language” Option. As in Windows 8 it becomes hard to navigate control penal and it’s items because there is no Start Menu like in Windows 7 so if possible disable Windows 8 Metro UI.

2Just Point your mouse to your start button but do not click it. Just roll out your mouse button to the start button. A menu will be open where you will get various options like Settings, Devices, Search and Share. Click on “Search” option.
3You will have to search Language settings. Type “Language” in the search box and Hit “Settings”.
4You will get all the related result for Language setting. Click on “Language” from right results.
5Here you can add a Lang to your Win 8 Operating system. Click on “Add a Language” button. Choose your desire lang and press OK.
6A Language will be added. Remove old default language.
How to Install language in Windows 8
If you have a language pack installed on your operating system then you can add it by following upper process but if your windows doesn’t have lang pack installed then you will need to install it manually, System will not download it online. Normally various language pack comes with Operating system CD. Follow me how to install language pack.
1Follow above “Three” steps and open Lang Settings because above steps are same.
2Click on “Advance Settings” to add your desire language. It was hard to install language in Windows 7 but this too easy and error free in new OS.
3Click on “Install or Uninstall Display Languages”. This option will allow you to install your own lang.
4A popup will be open with browsing option for your lang. Here insert Windows operating system CD where there will be language pack or the CD with lang Pack.
5Browse your desire language from CD and press OK. Do not make mistake here.
6Once your mother tongue lang installed in your PC, Add it using fist method.
7Enjoy Win 8 in your mother tongue.

How to Change the Language on Microsoft Word 2010
First i will need to know how do you change the language on microsoft word? If you completely change input method in microsoft word then it will cause lot of issues while writing in other programs. I will suggest that first of write whatever you want in Microsoft word then transform it in your language. This is very easy and stable procedure.
1You must take backup of your file before starting transformation. Many times some of words which is in English couldn’t transform well so if you will have backup, you can decide which version you will use.
2Launch Microsoft Word 2010 and open your file which is in English language.
3Select whole document text or some part which you want to translate. Click Review Tab from upper side.
4There will be various options related to your selected text, Select “Translate” a drop down menu will be open. Click “Translate Selected Text” option.
5A side bar will be pop up at right side for language options in your Microsoft word of Windows 8.
6Select your language to translate into. Done
Note: Before final apply you will get option to insert that translated text into your language. For reference you can translate that paragraph using Google Translator.
